As many of you may remember, our family has always had a blast supporting and raising money for Capital Roots by participating in its Annual Garden Bowl. This year, however, the global pandemic has knocked down our pins before we had the chance to lace up those rented bowling shoes. But, it hasn't knocked Capital Roots into the gutter. In fact, Capital Roots has not skipped a beet (get it?), working harder than ever to nourish healthy communities during this unprecedented time by providing safe access to fresh food and green spaces for all.
